What is UPI?

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is an instant payment system developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an RBI regulated entity. UPI is built over the IMPS infrastructure and allows you to instantly transfer money between any two parties' bank accounts.

Is UPI secure?

UPI system is operated by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). Since the transactions take place using VPA and without use of bank account details, only NPCI to which account every VPA is linked. Here the banks act as a receiver and sender of the funds. No direct involvement of banks is present in the transactions. It’s the NPCI which does the transaction

How do I place an Order?

Select the product you want to purchase. Once on the product page, click on the buy now button to purchase the item or add to cart to continue shopping other items. In the cart, review your product, if you want to proceed or remove the selected product. After reviewing the item, continue to payment.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Go to My Orders and tap on order you wish to cancel. Click on CANCEL button. Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?

How do I track my Nest Wain delivery?

You can track the location of your package by entering your tracking ID "Here".

What if I miss my Nest Wain order delivery?

Do not worry, the delivery agent will try to deliver again on the next working day. You can also call the delivery agent to get the latest delivery update.

How can I order for large quantities of the product as part of a corporate order ?

Return/Refund/Replacement

How can I return/replace an item?

Click on "Return/Replace" below and select the reason to initiate return or replacement of your item. Our courier partner will pick it up from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact. You can return/replace an item within 7 days of delivery. ''Click here'' to read our 7 days Easy Return policy.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:

1) Product is damaged/defective.
2) Differ from the description on the website.
3) Wrong item delivered/Wrong Colour/Wrong Size/Wrong Quantity.
4) Missing parts/accessories.

How do returns work?

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

1) Log into your Nest Wain account
2) Go to My Orders
3) Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return or exchange
4) Fill in the details and raise a return request
Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the ‘My Orders’ section of your Nest Wain account.

When can I expect refund for my returned item?

Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund. - For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.
